Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a successful, multi-unit, multi-concept restaurant group. This hands-on role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic, high-energy venue.

You will manage daily operations, hire and train staff, address performance issues, and ensure consistent quality across food, drinks, and service. A strong bar and events knowledge is a plus for this leadership position.
