Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks a General Manager in Onalaska, Wisconsin who can build strong bonds with the local community and grow the team.

The role offers a competitive base salary of $65 to $75K plus substantial bonus, plus benefits including Medical, Dental & Vision, 401K and Paid Time Off. 3-5 years of restaurant management and 2+ years in GM are expected, with leadership of Front of House and Kitchen, financial oversight, and staff mentorship.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant manager experience and 2+ years as GM
• Ability to lead store operations, Front of House and Kitchen, finances and staff mentoring
• Strong leadership personality with ability to motivate and treat employees with respect
