Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of operations experience in high volume QSR or fast casual concepts.
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driving license in good standing and access to private transport required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of cost of goods sold.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, results orientation and customer focus.

Minimum Qualifications
