A regional restaurant group in La Grande, Oregon, is seeking a General Manager to oversee the entire restaurant's operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, the ability to lead a team, and experience in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Minimum 3-4 operations experience required (preferred in high volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts)
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private transport required
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Working knowledge of cost of goods sales
