The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and a customer-focused mindset with at least 3-4 years of experience in operations, preferably in high-volume quick-service or fast-casual dining. Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of operations experience in high volume QSR or fast casual.
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private transport required
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Working knowledge of cost of goods sales
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer focused
