Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 operations experience required, preferably in high volume quick service restaurants.
• Valid driver's license in good standing needed.
• Ability to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private transport required
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Working knowledge of cost of goods sales
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer focused
