Job summary

A leading restaurant group in Hastings, Nebraska is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and exhibit a customer-focused attitude. Responsibilities include staff training, food safety monitoring, and achieving sales goals. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years of operations experience required in QSR or fast casual concepts.
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a dynamic environment.
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private transport required
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Working knowledge of cost of goods sales
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer focused
