Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of operations experience required in high volume QSR or fast casual.
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and private transport required.
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private transport required
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Working knowledge of cost of goods sales
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer focused
