The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and effective team leadership, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in high-volume settings. Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of operations experience, preferably in high volume QSR or fast casual.
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and access to private transport required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and private transport access.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Knowledge of cost of goods sold and basic cost controls.
• Strong problem solving, decision making and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire restaurant operations including training and mentoring staff.
• Ensure food safety procedures and maximize sales and profits.

Minimum Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Minimum 3-4 operations experience required (preferred in high volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts)
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private transport required
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
