Goodwin Recruiting seeks a General Manager for a restaurant in Ponca City, Oklahoma. You will lead operations in both Front of House and Kitchen, build guest relationships, and mentor a growing team.

The role offers a base salary of $65,000 to $75,000 USD plus a substantial bonus, with Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and PTO benefits. Strong leadership and people skills are essential to ensure safety, quality and brand standards.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of restaurant manager experience and 2+ years of General Manager experience.
• Ability to lead store operations (Front of House and Kitchen), financials, and mentoring a team.
• Great leadership personality and ability to motivate a team.
