EHPV Operating Group LLC in Omaha seeks a hands-on General Manager for our established restaurant. This full-time role requires 55+ hours per week, leadership of front- and back-of-house teams, and a proven ability to drive sales, quality and guest satisfaction while maintaining a positive work culture.

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus; Toast familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests enjoy their visit and have a great experience.
• Direct and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.
• Develop restaurant business plans by surveying demand.
• Meet financial objectives through analysis and planning.
• Attract patrons via marketing, advertising, and community programs.

• Maintain patron satisfaction by evaluating service offerings.
• Lead HR objectives: recruit, train, and mentor staff.

We are looking for a GM for one of our Omaha MarketLocations. Itis a full-time position of 55+ hours a week with a top salary for the industry. We also offer a bonus program.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure that guests are fully enjoying their visit to our restaurant.
• Directs and motivates the staff to ensure the guests are well taken care of and having a great experience.
• Establishes restaurant business plans by surveying restaurant demand
• Meets restaurant financial objectives by developing financial analysis
• Attracts patrons by developing and implementing marketing, advertising and public and community program strategies
• Control purchases and inventory
• Maintain operations by creating, understanding, and implementing policies and standard operating procedures for consistent productivity and quality
• Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating and auditing food beverage service offerings
• Accomplishes bar and restaurant human resource objectives, by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and mentoring
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy facility by establishing, following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the restaurant industry

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of the restaurant business, front and back of the house operations. This includes food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory and food safety
• Strong understanding of cost and labor systems that lead to profitability
• Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
• Understanding of budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
• Ability to lead people
• Experience with POS system, Toast system a plus
• Background check required

Education:

• 3 years’ experience as a restaurant general manager required, 5 years preferred.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business manager or equivalent preferred
