Compensation

Compensation: $105,000 - $110,000 base, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid PTO, DailyPay, paid training, referral program, hotel discounts, and much more!

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage overall financial performance, including revenue management, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and purchasing
• Develop and manage operating budgets in conjunction with subordinate managers and the Director of Operations
• Ensure compliance with franchise agreements through regular quality inspections and timely reporting
• Control funds, authorize expenditures, and assist in budget planning for all departments
• Monitor local market conditions and competitive trends, reporting changes to the Director of Operations
