Job summary

EHPV Operating Group LLC in Omaha seeks a hands-on General Manager for our established restaurant. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a restaurant general manager.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus; Toast familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests enjoy their visit and have a great experience.
• Direct and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.
• Develop restaurant business plans by surveying demand.
• Meet financial objectives through analysis and planning.
• Attract patrons via marketing, advertising, and community programs.
• Control purchases and inventory to optimize costs.
• Maintain operations with policies and SOPs for productivity and quality.
• Maintain patron satisfaction by evaluating service offerings.
• Lead HR objectives: recruit, train, and mentor staff.
• Maintain a safe, healthy facility with sanitation standards.
