Job summary

Bueno in Oklahoma City seeks a General Manager to lead operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This hands-on leader will manage a high-performing team, ensure food safety, and enforce brand standards across daily operations.

The GM will actively support all positions, promote continuous improvement, and cultivate a positive culture with strong communication and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' current experience in the Casual restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate's or a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided).
