You will lead shifts, mentor staff, ensure speedy, accurate service and uphold food safety standards while partnering with the General Manager to meet sales and labor goals. This hands-on leadership position includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life and disability

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Shift Lead, Assistant Manager or similar restaurant leadership role.

You Ll work closely with the General Manager to drive sales, control labor, maintain food and service standards and develop a strong team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, making quick decisions, solving problems and helping the team succeed.

What We re Looking For

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Valid driver s license
• Desire to learn, grow and take on greater leadership responsibilities
