Responsibilities

• To ensure that guests are fully enjoying their visit to our restaurant.
• Directs and motivates the staff to ensure the guests are well taken care of and having a great experience.
• Establishes restaurant business plans by surveying restaurant demand.
• Meets restaurant financial objectives by developing financial analysis.
• Attracts patrons by developing and implementing marketing, advertising and public and community program strategies.
• Control purchases and inventory.
• Maintain operations by creating, understanding, and implementing policies and standard operating procedures for consistent productivity and quality.
• Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating and auditing food beverage service offerings.
• Accomplishes bar and restaurant human resource objectives, by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and mentoring.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy facility by establishing, following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the restaurant industry.
