Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of operations experience required, preferably in high volume QSR or fast casual concepts.
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transport.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Working knowledge of cost of goods sold.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making, results oriented and customer focused.
