What You'll Do

• Operational Leadership: Drive all day-to-day operations across both the restaurant and retail spaces, maintaining high operational standards, food safety, and brand compliance.
• Team Development: Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and career mentorship for a team of 8-10+ team members, building an engaging, service-first culture.
• Financial Management: Take full P&L accountability - managing labor optimization, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), inventory control, and POS system analytics.
• Local Engagement: Drive community partnerships, local store marketing, and local vendor relationships to build brand presence and grow revenue.
• Corporate Collaboration: Maintain proactive communication with regional support teams across HR, finance, and supply chain.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years as a General Manager (or senior AGM ready for the next step) in a casual restaurant or similar F&B operation.
• Financial Acumen: Proven success managing budgets, labor targets, and COGS.
• Leadership Style: A hands-on, resourceful coach passionate about staff retention and development with experience leading a team of at least 8-10 team members.
• Training Commitment: Ability to complete a comprehensive 4-to-5-week offsite onboarding and training program.
• Base Salary: $75,000 - $82,000 (commensurate with experience)
