Nbutexas in Maine is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of our full-service restaurant operations. You will coach and develop managers, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure operational excellence.

We seek an experienced leader with a strong grasp of restaurant financials (P&L), revenue growth, and cost control, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can build a loyal guest base while mentoring a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials and P&L management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and restaurant technology.
• Food Safety Certification preferred.
