We’re searching for an experienced, hospitality-driven General Manager to lead a high-performing team at our upscale, full-service restaurant in Downtown Nashville. Our concept features a refined American, all-scratch menu, elevated service, and a warm, energetic atmosphere enhanced by live music.

Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations with a focus on exceptional guest service and smooth execution.
• Partner closely with the Executive Chef to uphold our culinary standards and maintain impeccable food quality.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a hospitality-minded FOH team that delivers consistent, elevated service.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, financial performance, and operational systems.
• Ensure a polished, welcoming environment that reflects our brand and appeals to both locals and visitors.
• Collaborate on marketing, local partnerships, and programming that support revenue goals.
