Qualifications

• 3-4 years of operations experience, preferably in high volume QSR or fast casual.
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to transport.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transport.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of cost of goods sold.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant operations including staff training and development.

Minimum Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Minimum 3-4 operations experience required (preferred in high volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts)
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private transport required
