Job Description

Pilot Flying J is seeking highly-skilled, experienced Restaurant General Managers to oversee our high-volume, quick service restaurants. Applicants must be willing to relocate.

Our General Managers are responsible for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant, including:

• Ensuring excellent hospitality and guest service
• Creating a positive work environment for team members
• Implementing Human Resource decisions
• Performing P&L analysis
• Controlling inventory

Pay Rate: Starting between $43,888 and $59,050 per year.

Qualifications

Successful candidates must demonstrate strong team leadership and customer service skills, along with integrity and accountability at the managerial level. Additional requirements include:

• Minimum 2-3 years management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or related service industry, with financial responsibility
• Proficiency in managing high-volume retail operations with P&L accountability
• Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
