Are you passionate about exceptional service, leadership, and driving results? If so, we want to meet you! We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant GM for a small restaurant group in Ohio. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong personality, deep expertise in restaurant management, and the ability to guide and inspire teams. You’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact, shaping the operations and guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Drive performance through strategic decision-making, financial management, and cost control.
• Spearhead turn-around efforts in underperforming areas, ensuring growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with the leadership team on marketing, menu development, and overall business strategy.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience, with proven success in turnaround situations. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop a large team. Passion for guest service and operational excellence. Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L, and cost controls. A driven, results-oriented personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
