Bonus Program

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a Bonus Program, paid out periodically based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager

• Control profitability by managing cash control/security procedures, inventory levels, labor, financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees to operational excellence.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the team provides an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location, with starting ranges in various states:

• Colorado: $55,000 - $58,000
• New York: $55,000 - $60,000
