Bonus Program

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a Bonus Program, paid out periodically based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life
  • Control profitability by following cash control/security procedures, managing inventory, labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant GMs.
  • Coach and train employees in operational excellence.
  • Complete inventory counts.
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean, and the team provides an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality.
What You Bring
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including profit & loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
  • Ability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly; operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, location, and other factors, and will be discussed during hiring. Expected starting ranges:

  • Colorado: $55,000 - $58,000
  • New York: $55,000 - $60,000
