Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a lively front‑of‑house team and elevate guest experiences with warm, personalized hospitality in a vibrant Santa Barbara setting.

You will supervise daily service standards, coach staff through ongoing training, and collaborate with the General Manager to achieve financial goals while maintaining top-tier guest satisfaction across all dining venues.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience in hospitality or similar industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Culinary Management is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and organizational ability.
• Passion for creating and personalizing guest experiences.
• Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a front-of-house team with strong service etiquette and knowledge.
• Coordinate service, guest experience, and staff training.
• Assist GM in budgeting and marketing plan execution.
• Ensure daily restaurant cleanliness and operating standards.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Manage cost controls and payroll focus.
• Supervise non-supervisory service employees.
