Responsibilities

• Monitor restaurant operations to ensure quality of product and guest services.
• Monitor performance, costs, budgets, and payroll sheets.
• Coach and mentor managers; deliver annual reviews.
• HR issues handling and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with health inspections and SMART goals.
• Oversee bar management and cost of goods for FOH.
• Maintain marketing materials and approvals with vendors.
• Enter invoices and manage payments; maintain POS accuracy.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional approach with staff and guests.
