• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
• Operate computer systems and POS/cash register.
• May perform server, expediter, bartender, line cook, or busser duties as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with coworkers and guests.
• Document events in manager logs and ensure brand standards.
