Responsibilities

• Escort guests to tables and seat them when needed.
• Review MVP program with all guests and upsell items.
• Explain menu items and answer questions; upsell to raise check average.
• Write guests' orders and repeat back for accuracy; input into POS.
• Ensure guests are satisfied and address issues promptly.
• Check IDs to verify age for alcohol service.
• Clear and reset tables; assist with to-go orders and phones.
• Maintain a clean server station and assist other staff as needed.
