Responsibilities

• Prepare staff floor plans and assign work.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
• Provide basic information to guests and respond to inquiries.
• Document events in the manager's log.
• Operate a computer, software, and POS system.
• Occasionally perform server, expeditor, bartender, line cook, or busser duties.
