• Review MVP program with guests and upsell menu items.
• Explain menu items and cooking methods to guests.
• Take and repeat orders; input into POS system accurately.
• Ensure guests' dining experience meets expectations.
• Verify age for alcoholic beverages and collect payments.
• Maintain cleanliness; reset tables and service areas.
• Answer phones, take to-go orders, and assist guests as needed.
• Stock supplies and keep service areas organized.
• Encourage guests to leave reviews.
