This role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and collaboration with culinary leadership to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation. A strong guest-focus and accountability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in restaurant/hospitality preferred.
• 2+ years of full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Desire to engage guests with infectious commitment to guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor operations with confidence and professionalism to elevate guest experience.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team reflecting Vandelay’s culture and standards.
• Oversee scheduling, shift planning, and labor management to balance needs.
• Monitor key metrics such as labor, inventory, COGS and operational flow.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness across all areas.
