Job summary

Hudson House in Fort Worth seeks a Manager to model hospitality and lead a high-performing team. You’ll oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure a guest experience that reflects timeless service and elevated standards.

You’ll partner with culinary leadership to maintain quality, manage schedules and labor, uphold food safety, and drive continuous improvement across service and operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant / Hospitality Management or similar strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of full-service restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Trustworthy, detail-obsessed and open to constructive feedback.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
• Desire to engage guests with an infectious commitment to guest service.

• Support the General Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
• Lead daily floor operations with confidence and professionalism to ensure a premium guest experience.
• Model warm, polished hospitality and empower team members to create memorable moments.

• Assist with training, onboarding, and development of team members, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Help oversee scheduling, shift planning, and labor management.
