Job summary

Chipotle is seeking a Facilities Specialist to maintain restaurants via preventative maintenance across our market network. You will support the Facilities Manager, perform monthly site visits, and develop maintenance schedules to ensure safe and efficient operation of cooking equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems.

You will train restaurant staff on maintenance practices, deliver detailed visit recaps, and liaise with the Operations Team and Regional Facilities Manager

Qualifications

• Two years of formal or informal training on how to repair and maintain facilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facilities Manager by supervising facility aspects of restaurant management at the market level.
• Perform facility maintenance and repair through monthly site visits and analysis of restaurants.
• Formulate preventative maintenance schedules for safe, efficient operation of restaurant facilities.
• Train managers, crew, and staff on facility maintenance and repair concepts.
• Provide maintenance visit recaps to the Operations Team and Regional Facilities Manager.
