Job summary

Chipotle is seeking a Facilities Specialist to maintain restaurant operations through preventative maintenance across cooking equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Qualifications

• Strong trade knowledge across facilities maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
• Familiar with safety regulations for facilities
• Able to coordinate multiple schedules and projects

Responsibilities

• Supervise facility aspects of restaurant management at market level
• Perform preventative maintenance and monthly site visits
• Create preventative maintenance schedules for cooking equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration
• Escalate and manage facility issues to reduce downtime and costs
• Train staff on maintenance procedures and safety practices
• Provide maintenance visit recaps and recommendations to leadership
• Liaise with landlords, contractors, and vendors for repairs
• Assist with investigations of facility deficiencies and project needs
• Maintain facility records and repair logs
• Attend operations meetings as facilities representative
