Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Specialist to maintain restaurant facilities through preventive maintenance and timely repairs.

You will supervise facility tasks, perform site visits, and develop maintenance schedules to ensure safe, efficient operations across markets. The role requires strong trade knowledge, the ability to train staff, and coordinating with contractors and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Strong trade knowledge across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, cooking equipment and basic HVAC/refrigeration.
• Knowledge of safety regulations governing facilities is required.
• Ability to plan multiple schedules and train staff on facility maintenance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facility aspects of restaurant management at market level.
• Perform monthly site visits for maintenance and repairs.
• Create preventative maintenance schedules for restaurant facilities.
