Qualifications

• Strong trade knowledge across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC/refrigeration.
• Experience repairing restaurant equipment and systems preferred.
• Ability to train staff and manage multiple maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Manager by supervising facility aspects of restaurant management at market level.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs during site visits.
• Develop maintenance schedules for safe, efficient restaurant operations.
