Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Facilities Specialist to maintain restaurant facilities through preventative maintenance across markets. You will supervise facility aspects with the Facilities Manager, perform site visits, and plan maintenance for cooking equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration to keep restaurants safe and efficient.

The role requires strong trades knowledge, scheduling flexibility, and the ability to train staff.

Qualifications

• Strong trade knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, commercial cooking equipment, appliance repair.
• Knowledge of facility safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to juggle multiple schedules and coordinate work to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Manager by supervising facility aspects of restaurant management at the market level.
• Perform facility maintenance and repair during monthly site visits and analysis of restaurants.
• Develop preventative maintenance schedules for safe, efficient operation of restaurant facilities.
