Job summary

Delight Restaurant Group is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations for restaurant locations in the Pittsburgh market. The role requires a field-focused leader who solves problems and partners with Operations to ensure efficient and safe restaurant operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, preventative programs, hands-on diagnostics for HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and basic systems, and managing vendors and work orders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities/maintenance experience (restaurant or multi-unit preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the tri-state area (OH, PA, WV), mainly in the Pittsburgh area.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Pittsburgh market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for HVAC systems, commercial refrigeration, kitchen equipment, basic electrical and plumbing systems.
• Determine when repairs should be done in-house or via approved vendors.
• Manage and track work orders using Corrigo (or similar system).
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control maintenance expenses within budget.
