Job summary

Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers in Phoenix is seeking an Expo to keep the flow of dishes from kitchen to dining room smooth. You will coordinate with cooks, servers, and management to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role rewards a detail-oriented, fast-paced multitasker with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to food safety. Prior expo or hospitality experience is preferred, and training is provided for motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy restaurant settings preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Food Handlers Certification.
• Flexible scheduling with evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to train motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food orders.
• Relay order details and substitutions to servers and management.
• Monitor order flow to deliver in the order they were received.
• Ensure plates are presented to quality standards.
• Assist in expediting takeout and deliveries.
• Uphold health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Support kitchen during peak hours and assist with plating when needed.
