Job summary

Lookout Tavern in North Phoenix is seeking a part-time Expo to support Kitchen and Front of House during busy times. You will finish plates, add sides and garnishes, and run food to tables, while helping manage to-go and delivery orders.

Expect hourly pay with tips, weekly pay, and opportunities for bonus contests. As Expo you’ll help keep both cooks and servers moving at peak times, communicate clearly, and maintain clean, organized service areas.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Working long hours on your feet in a crowded and energetic environment.
• Food handler's card required according to local and/or state regulations.

Responsibilities

• The glue that keeps the kitchen staff and server staff running on all cylinders.
• Making sure orders are ready for servers to take.
• Running food to tables.
• Adding garnishes.
• Side dishes.
• Sauces.
• Making side salads.
• Keep the server pickup area clean and organized.
• Assist the Kitchen manager with anything else they need.
