Job summary

Square One Concepts, Inc is seeking an Expo to join Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers. You will coordinate between kitchen, servers, and management to ensure timely, accurate orders and high-quality presentations.

Ideal candidates are organized, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification, flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a team-focused attitude to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Learn POS software such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food orders
• Communicate with servers and management to relay order details and substitutions
• Prioritize orders to ensure correct serving order
• Ensure plates are presented and meet quality standards
• Double-check orders for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and food storage areas
• Assist with expediting takeout and delivery orders
• Collaborate with staff to address guest concerns promptly
• Support kitchen during peak hours with prep and plating
• Uphold health and safety guidelines
• Perform other related duties as assigned
