Job summary

Mesero is seeking an Expo to coordinate the flow of food from kitchen to guest, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to Mesero standards. You will work with management, kitchen staff and team members to ensure a smooth service.

As the Expo, you will check food presentation, communicate special requests, and assist with organizing orders during peak service times, while keeping the expo station clean and stocked.

Qualifications

• Prior expo/food-service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work well under pressure during peak hours.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite food orders between kitchen and front of house.
• Check dish preparation and presentation against Mesero’s standards.
• Communicate special requests or modifications to the kitchen staff.
• Maintain expo station cleanliness, organization and stock.
• Monitor order times to ensure timely delivery.
