Job summary

Square One Concepts, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Expo to ensure smooth flow of food from kitchen to dining area in a fast-paced setting in Glendale, AZ. You will coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, and management to deliver exceptional service to guests.

The role requires excellent multitasking, strong communication, and a passion for quality food and service. Training is available for motivated individuals who meet the requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen years old.
• Prior expo or similar hospitality role preferred but not required; training available.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
• Communicate order details and substitutions to servers and management.
• Prioritize orders to maintain correct sequence and timely delivery.
• Ensure plates leaving the kitchen meet quality standards and presentation.
• Double-check orders for accuracy before serving.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas ensuring safety and sanitation.
• Assist with takeout and delivery orders during peak times.
• Collaborate with staff to address guest requests promptly.
• Provide support to kitchen during busy periods, including plating.
