Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to provide hands-on support in restaurant operations, lead Team Members, and ensure quality service for Guests in our cinemas.

You will uphold brand standards for timeliness, accuracy, and guest experience while coaching staff and managing daily activities. The role requires overseeing alcohol service per laws, maintaining inventories, handling cash accurately, and reporting issues to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local or state mandated certification.

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches Team Members to serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Interacts verbally with Guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Ensures cash handling procedures are completed according to company and brand policy.
• Manages service of alcohol according to all state and federal laws and regulations.
• Conducts regular inventory and ordering as necessary; accepts and audits deliveries.
