Cinemark USA, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to provide hands-on support and guidance for restaurant operations. You will lead Team Members, uphold brand standards, and ensure timely, accurate guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory restaurant experience, completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Trains and coaches Team Members to serve guests courteously and timely.
• Interacts with Guests to create a friendly, upbeat atmosphere.
• Ensures cash handling procedures are followed per policy.
• Manages alcohol service following state and federal laws.
• Adheres to budgets and supports cost control and sales growth.
• Enforces dress code and safety standards.
