You will oversee staffing, training, and financial performance in a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment environment.

The role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, weekend/night shifts, and the ability to align teams to strategic goals while maintaining a fun work culture.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Promotes positive employee relations, including delegation of managerial duties and fostering high staff morale.
• Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to grow revenue and control costs to meet budgets.
• Ensure staff training programs are executed.
• Ensure staffing levels and management coverage meet business needs and maximize guest experience.
