Qualifications

• 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with restaurant leaders across assigned area.
• Visit restaurants 2–3 days at a time to provide direction.
• Support leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Foster a culture of positivity and gratitude.
• Develop future leaders and succession plans.
• Coordinate staffing levels with Talent Mentors.
• Uphold company standards and performance.

Life as a District Manager:

• Work side by side your restaurant leaders in your assigned area
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
• Build a bench of future leaders
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
