Café Zupas seeks a District Manager to lead operations across assigned restaurants, guiding leaders, driving performance, and maintaining a culture of positivity. You will oversee daily activity and mentorship, ensuring targets in sales, labor, and food cost are met with a hands-on, supportive approach.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience
• Available to work a five-day set schedule
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable to new processes and systems

Responsibilities

• Work side by side your restaurant leaders in your assigned area
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
• Build a bench of future leaders
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
