Job summary

Café Zupas in Utah is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurant operations within your assigned area. You will partner with restaurant leaders to drive performance, uphold brand standards, and mentor teams to achieve targets.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, developing people, and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. Expect a fast-paced environment with ongoing training, set schedules, and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable to new processes and systems

Responsibilities

• Work side by side your restaurant leaders in your assigned area
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
• Build a bench of future leaders
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
• Be good to others. Be good to yourself!
